OUR HEALING COLLECTIVE
ZILING NI, THERAPIST, CLINICAL INTERN
HI, I'M ZILING
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about yourself or the future? Whether you're navigating relationship conflicts, family dynamics, cultural challenges, or simply feeling disconnected. You deserve to feel calm and find your inner strength.
I know what it's like to feel a drift as we go through changes in our life. My journey into mental health counseling stems from a deep passion for helping people adapt and adjust to unknown and difficult situations. I am dedicated to supporting people, especially women, in their mental health, self-care and discovery. I have been working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including BIPOC and Mandarin-speaking communities, helping them process complex issues such as generational conflicts, emotional regulation, gender issues, and self-esteem. My approach is empathetic and client-centered, integrated with psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT techniques, to create a collaborative and reflective space where you can feel heard and valued.
"I BELIEVE SELF REFLECTION IS IMPORTANT TO OUR HEALING"
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. I have experience conducting telehealth therapy sessions and providing peer support for international students. I also have clinical experience addressing family conflicts and emotional challenges through culturally responsive care. I speak both English and Mandarin.
Ready to know about yourself and try to master your life journey? I’m here to help you slow down, reflect, and work through your challenges in a safe, supportive environment. Contact me and let’s work together towards the path of healing and personal growth.
