OUR HEALING COLLECTIVE
ELIZABETH BONIFACIC, PRE-LPC
HI, I'M ELIZABETH
Have you ever woken up and found yourself in a moment of deep reflection, contemplating your path and how you arrived at this point in your life? Perhaps you're questioning your true self or asking, “Am I truly happy?”
Many individuals reflect on their current circumstances and the paths that have led them to this moment. Exploring concepts of personal identity and the numerous roles one carries out daily is common. Over time, dreams and aspirations may evolve, prompting contemplation about one's true self and the responsibilities that accompany daily life. Navigating the intricacies of life with poise and thoughtfulness is vital for fostering personal growth and fulfillment. When approached with an open mind, such moments can often lead to valuable insights and pave the way for a meaningful journey of self-discovery.
As a therapist, I specialize in supporting people who are managing co-occurring disorders—complex intersections of mental health and substance use challenges. I understand that healing is not linear, and often, it requires untangling years of layered experiences, traumas, and survival strategies that no longer serve us.

"I BELIEVE WITH POISE AND THOUGHTFULNESS WE CAN FOSTER GROWTH AND FULFILLLMENT"
I am passionate about encouraging people to embrace self-acceptance and discover their voices. My eleven years of clinical expertise in women's mental health across various age demographics taught me that with a collaborative approach, we can better analyze the patterns that have shaped our experiences and explore new pathways that will facilitate growth that is aligned with our current goals and aspirations.
My approach emphasizes collaboration and utilizes proven methods tailored to peoples needs, ensuring a safe space to explore inner strengths, discover authenticity, and pursue meaningful, long-lasting change. I am dedicated to advancing cultural competency in my practice, continually enhancing my understanding through extensive engagement with diverse populations. This includes a focused examination of historical trauma and the effects of hormonal fluctuations on women's psychological well-being. I am committed to prioritizing respect for your experiences and offer a compassionate and supportive environment.
I understand how challenging it can be to embrace change. In navigating recovery, managing mood disorders, healing from trauma, or achieving clarity regarding present circumstances, I am dedicated to providing support and addressing these challenges effectively. You deserve to be happy. I know it's difficult to take the first step and I am here to support you through it. Let's connect today!
