IRINA KATZ, LCSW, RYT-200
PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I work with individuals and couples, from different parts of the country and world, who are trying to figure out how to adjust to life today. Many of my clients come from other nations, where the norms are different and people live more communally. Most of my clients also have a history of trauma, narcissistic abuse, or issues stemming from their childhoods. These issues and traumas add a layer of complication to an already challenging day-to-day life. What all of my clients have in common is that they feel anxious, panicked, powerless, and hopeless about their situations. I can help.
When you’re my client, I offer a direct and creative approach to therapy. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I have studied and personally experienced the benefits of spiritual approaches: yoga, somatic movement, art, and mindfulness. I can weave those elements into my work with you - if you want. Therapy with me will hopefully be fun and leave you feeling lighter.
Things may have been hard, but if you decide to commit to therapy, they will get easier. There is truly a way through every frustration and difficult situation. We just have to find it - together. Call or email me today to begin the journey. I have a flexible schedule and can work with you before work, during your lunch hour, or in the evenings.
